The suite felt incredibly cozy with a bed so comfy it was like sleeping on a cloud. the full-size fridge and stove were a game-changer, making it super convenient for cooking meals. the clean bathroom and central, safe location were a huge plus for exploring. the after-hours check-in was seamless with friendly staff like Mark offering awesome local tips. Shoutout to the staff member who came to our rescue when we locked ourselves out late at night – their kindness was top-notch. the property was spotless, rooms spacious, and whisper-quiet. Although no breakfast, the overall experience was fantastic, noting only the absence of luggage carts as a drawback.

Stayapt Suites Greenville-Haywood Mall provided a convenient check-in process with clear after-hours instructions. the staff, including Mark, was friendly and offered helpful suggestions for activities. the location made exploring easy, and the coffee station in the lobby was a nice touch.

Room initially had ants, but staff promptly relocated us to a different, ant-free room. An issue with ants in the kitchen was noted.

I had a really enjoyable time at this hotel and will be back. The venue's staff were amiable all the time. Location: the hotel was really close to downtown and stores. I randomly popped in Starbucks serving some pastries, located within easy walking distance of the property, it was nice.
